Our Specialty

Wyoming Meat Market is a whole animal butchery specializing in Ohio-raised wagyu. We only source animals from responsible farmers and buy the whole animal to tailor our cuts. Every part of the cattle is used and none goes to waste. In house, we cut to order, cook, and dry age.
